Copenhagen 2 - June 16-18

Moved into larger airbnb in vesterbro area as wendy and mia joining me for a few days.  Walked through city, got some food and checked out botanical gardens and museum of natural history.  So good to see girls, especially on father's day..  32k steps, 4 stops on metro and 2 miles on the bike.  Whole country stopped for 2 hours to watch soccer vs Slovenia (a 1-1 tie)

Day 5 in Copenhagen, after coffee at cafe downstairs in our bulding, set out with 2 girls for tour of christiania. Learned about naked bungee jumping, greenland (whom danes didnt treat well), swedes, hippies and American tourists from a politically incorrect, wannabe comedian, tour guide Sebastian. Two meals by the water today, then rented a boat to tour around the canals. 26k steps.

Day trip to malmo sweden over Oresund bridge/tunnel, 2nd longest in Europe. Trains run every 15 minutes, stop at airport, and costs $13. Imagine. Good biking city - dedicated lanes, lots of parking - nice beach and parks, compact old city and more modern high rises compared to Copenhagen. Also people looked older. A worthwhile visit. Finally made it to warpigs bbq on 3rd try, a place we'd all heard about. Tomorrow I ride. 23k steps.
